I was more interested in what was going on with my parents’ generation. There was more at stake. The young kids get their hearts broken and move on. The older couples were much more serious, much more deep and interesting. I always migrate that way. It’s great to have younger storylines – we have some great kids on the show. The generations are very intermingled."
