1957: On THE EDGE OF NIGHT, Roger (Allen Nourse) worried about Mary.

1977: GUIDING LIGHT aired its first one hour episode. Alan (Christopher Bernau), Elizabeth (Lezlie Dalton) and Phillip Spaulding (Jarrod Ross) were introduced.

1980: Season 3 of DALLAS premiered on CBS. Two weeks later viewers found out the answer to the question of "Who Shot J.R.?"

1983: Game show GO began ANOTHER WORLD versus DAYS OF OUR LIVES week. Leann Hurley, James Reynolds, Wayne Northrop, Suzanne Rogers, Anne-Marie Martin, Mary Page Keller, David Oliver, Stephen Yates, Laura Malone and Anna Stuart participated.



1986: On AS THE WORLD TURNS, James Stenbeck returned from the dead and greeted his ex-wife with the now famous "Hello, Barbara" line. You can order this episode on the ATWT DVD set from SoapClassics.



1986: On SANTA BARBARA, Mason (Lane Davies) was knocked out after he found Gina lying on the ground.



1986: Robert S. Woods debuted as Paul Stewart in DAYS OF OUR LIVES.

2004: The DALLAS cast reunited on CBS for DALLAS REUNION: THE RETURN TO SOUTHFORK.

2006: On DAYS OF OUR LIVES, Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) woke up but had trouble breathing.



2008: On ONE LIFE TO LIVE, Blair (Kassie DePaiva) tried to assure Starr (Kristen Alderson) her baby would be alright.
