EVENT: Stephen Nichols & Mary Beth Evans Fan Club Sept. 25

If you are a fan of "Steve and Kayla" and in the Los Angeles area, you don't want to miss this! 

Please join Stephen Nichols and Mary Beth Evans in the Starlight Room of the Sportsmen’s Lodge Events Center in Studio City, CA from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. on September 25, 2010 for a meet and greet.

Registration will start at 9am with the event starting at 9:30am.  A buffet breakfast will be served.  There will be a Q&A and opportunities for photos and autographs with Stephen and Mary Beth.

We will be giving away an Apple iPod Touch, $50 Cheesecake Factory gift card and a $25 California Pizza Kitchen gift card as door prizes.

Tickets are $75 each ($78 via Paypal).  Please note we can’t accept checks or money orders from foreign counties (including Canada).  You must either send US cash or use Paypal. Our apologies for the inconvenience, but our bank charges a substantial fee for processing those.

If you wish to sit with friends please order your tickets together (seating is 10 to a table).  We make every effort to honor requests but sometimes there just isn’t enough room at a table to seat all requests.  In that case we do try to seat you close to friends.

Tickets are non refundable; however, if  you let us know in advance that you can’t attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else.

The Sportsmen’s Lodge is right next door to the event center for those of you who wish to stay close to the event venue.

We have reserved a block of 10 rooms at the Sportsmen’s Lodge starting on Thursday September 23-Sunday, September 26. This rate is only guaranteed for these dates. The rate is $110 for a single/double occupancy “city view” room. Call the Reservations Department at 1-800-821-8511 Monday –Friday 9am to 5pm and reference the “Stephen Nichols/Mary Beth Evans Meet & Greet.” Room types within the blocked rate are not guaranteed, so call early for best selection. There is also an $11 overnight parking fee (per night) if you have a car. After September 6, 2010 room reservation will be based on hotel availability. The preferred $110 rate is only guaranteed until the above cutoff date.
