Judi Evans returning to DAYS OF OUR LIVES
According to Soap Opera Digest, Judi Evans (Adrienne) is returning to Salem and will work again with Kurth for the first time on DAYS since 1991. "He's just the greatest sweetheart and a wonderful actor and a little teddy bear," she smiles. "Through the years, I have really missed working with him, so it’s nice to see him on a professional basis."

The Emmy-winning actress has been cast as Wilson’s first ex-wife (he’s had three) who comes back into his life as his new girlfriend.

Frances Buss, Pioneer of Early Television, Dies at 92
Frances Buss, who at the dawn of commercial television parlayed a job as a temporary receptionist into a pioneering career as a director whose work helped establish the talk show, the game show and the cooking show as television staples, died on Jan. 19 in Hendersonville, N.C. She was 92.

After an exhaustive and months-long search, sources confirm that actress Brit Morgan — best known from ABC Family’s short-lived drama THE MIDDLEMAN — has scored the pivotal role of Debbie Pelt, the psycho ex girlfriend of werewolf Alcide (Joe Manganiello).

"I thought it might be a little daunting at first, because everybody [there had] been together for so long, and it's such a tight machine [and] a very fast-paced [working] environment. But everyone was so incredibly welcoming after I came on, and everyone had been in my shoes before. And they really helped me along, [everyone] from the cast to the directors — because it takes a little while to get into the pace of shooting a soap. They made me feel like one of the family, like I belonged there in Pine Valley [laughs]."

Prince Charles's wife visits set of CORONATION STREET
Camilla visited the set in Manchester, northwest England and watched the cast tape a scene from the long-running soap. She said the show was "a wonderful British institution."
