Fox, Time Warner negotiations continue
The negotiations between Fox and Time Warner Cable were extended a second time early this morning. The original midnight deadline first was pushed back to 3 a.m., then a second time to 7 a.m. The two parties are negotiating in Los Angeles.

Zainab learns the truth in EASTENDERS
Syed (Marc Elliott) and Amira's (Preeya Kalidas) New Year wedding takes a dramatic turn when Christian (John Partridge) admits to Zainab (Nina Wadia) that he's been having an affair with her son. Initially, Zainab refuses to believe Christian's claims, but when he goes on to reveal that they've been seeing each other behind everyone's backs for months and states that Syed's gay, Zainab loses control and lashes out at Christian.

With Syed heading to the wedding venue atop his white charger horse, will Zainab stop the wedding? Will Christian barge into the service and disrupt the ceremony? Or, will Syed and Amira become man and wife without hitch?

EASTENDERS fans in sleuth mode
EastEnders fans are driving themselves to distraction trying to work out who killed Archie Mitchell. The evil soap baddie, played by Larry Lamb, was bludgeoned to death with the Queen Vic bust on Christmas Day while 10.9 million viewers watched. Soap forums have been bombarded with fans speculating on who they think committed the gruesome crime. The murderer won't be revealed until Friday February 19, in a special episode to be broadcast live to celebrate the BBC1 soap's 25th anniversary.

ONE LIFE TO LIVE airs first gay sex scene. World does not end.
A spokesperson for ABC says that the Logo network-owned site AfterElton.com live-blogged the episode and received over 200 reader comments, some of the highest volume ever.
