The Latest in Soap Videos: GL, Kitty Kitty, GTST, Madison

Here are some of the latest soap opera videos to hit the web.

DOUBLE WEDDING + Y&R CAMEO: Billy and Vanessa invited Buzz and Lillian to join their wedding after Buzz proposed (with everyone watching) on Monday's GUIDING LIGHT. This wonderful episode included return appearances of Lisa Brown's Nola, Morgan Englund's Dylan and Melissa Hayden's Bridget. Notice Y&R's Jeanne Cooper and Christian LeBlanc in the background at the wedding. Watch Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5, Part 6.

KITTY KITTY: Patty fed her new cat the only food she had on Monday's THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS and made a hungry Colleen watch.

ELIZABETH HUBBARD: ATWT's Lucinda continued her run on GOEDE TIJDEN SLECHTE TIJDEN on Monday's episode.

A VERY LOOSE CANNON: Angie wondered on Monday's ALL MY CHILDREN if Jesse had pushed Madison far enough. Meanwhile, after telling Frankie that no man had ever loved her, it appeared that Madison was about to pick up a blunt object.

  1. Thank you so much, GL was not on in LA today due to the US Open, and I love Nola.

  2. DocP, I believe it's airing at 2:37 a.m. out there but I wonder how many people know that or will bother to record it at that time.

  3. How cool was it to see Wanda again. Too bad she didn't have a speaking part. Does anyone remember Wanda's boyfriend's name that she always talked about? Was it Lowell?

  4. I loved seeing Wanda today. She was the one who got everyone to come watch Buzz propose to Lillian so glad she got that moment.

  5. Now that I've watched it... Can we give a collective applause to Tina Sloan? Her speech about being Beth's Mom and never a bride brought me to tears. Bravo, Tina Sloan (and the writer of that speech)!!

PS, TIVO doesn't know that its on at 2:37

  6. Tina Sloan was fantastic. And what a treat to see that scene at Maureen's grave. I'm so happy she is being featured so much right now.

  7. Lastly (I promise) - I'm in such a positive mood after seeing these clips that I refuse to question how Philip and Alan are out of the hospital so soon and Alexandra's somewhat "lifted" expression.

  8. I wasn't sure how much time had passed since last Thursday. Lizzie said something about spending the "week" with Sarah even though she only saw her at the end of Thursday. So I was thinking some time had passed and Phillip and Alan had more time to heal?

  9. Liz Hubbard was, as usual, great as Sair.

Question: Would a US soap show a woman from around 60 years old with a sex toy? Just wondering. :-)

  10. Mark, of the current US soaps only Y&R and OLTL would ever go there out of any of them. Maybe camptastic B&B but I doubt it.

  11. Thanks Roger. You know I really only watch ATWT from the US soaps and I just couldn't see that happen on that show.
