For those asking about when/if THE DOCTORS will ever appear on the Hallmark Channel, I have an update. The answer is, yes, the plan is for the show to still air at some point. The original target was later in 2009.With the news in May about the change in management at Hallmark (David Kenin, exec VP of programming, left the company at the end of the month), there is a lot to be worked out on many fronts, so there is not a definitive timeline.
But I have been told by SFM Entertainment that a plan to air THE DOCTORS is still in the works. So hopefully someday we'll be able to watch classic episodes of the old Colgate-Palmolive series.

ReplyDeleteI played Erich Aldrich from 1977 through 1981. It'd be nice to see some clips. It seems that since having procured the rights, Hallmark has deleted most of them from You Tube. Anyone have some?
