The Apollo Theatre celebrated its 75th Anniversary last Monday night. Among the celebrities in attendance were former THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS star Victoria Rowell, her fiance Bailey Radcliffe and designer b michael (who designed the red dress Rowell is wearing).
Rowell and Bailey will marry this month in New Hampshire.
