Last night I attended the 4th Annual POZ Magazine AIDS Walk New York event, Love out Loud, at Prohibition bar in New York City. Stars from all four New York soaps and other areas of entertainment were on hand to raise money for the Walk. POZ is the premier lifestyle, treatment and advocacy magazine for people living with—and those affected by—HIV and AIDS.
Here are some of my pictures from the evening (photos by Damon L. Jacobs) which was a lot of fun. I'll post more later including about getting pulled on stage at one point.
John Brotherton was mobbed by fans when he arrived.

Meredith Hagner is incredibly sweet and always reminds me of a young Anne Sayre.
Evan Alex Cole also got pulled on stage at one point. Classy guy who remembered every fan's name.
Mark Lawson stopped to pose for a picture.
Jason Tam was my favorite performer at the Broadway Cares event. He didn't perform last night but had fun mingling with fans.
Murray Bartlett is even sexier in person. He doesn't know what the future holds for GUIDING LIGHT but has loved his time at the show.
Roger! What did you do to Mark Lawson? He looks like a dear caught in the headlights! :-D
ReplyDeleteSounds like a good time. I like Alex more with every new thing I hear.
It may be because we were awkwardly trying to be closer in height. :)
ReplyDeleteDear... deer... I really need to proofread! :-D
ReplyDeleteEvan Alex Cole seems to be really nice. I remember reading an article about him previously and he came across that way then, too.
ReplyDeleteI like the shorter hair on that guy, Brian...?
Good to see Murray :)
