1989: Another World's Nicole confessed to murder.
2003: Days of our Lives' Lexie gave birth.

1939: Radio soap opera The Affairs of Anthony debuted on the Blue Network. Henry Hunter starred as Anthony.

1975: On Another World, Alice Frame (Jacqueline Courtney) agreed to let her husband, Steve, be buried in Chadwell.

1980: On Guiding Light, Dr. Ingrid Fisher told Lucille Wexler that she was capable of inflicting serious physical harm to those closest to her.

1984: On All My Children, Jenny Nelson (Kim Delaney) told her husband, Greg (Laurence Lau), that she wanted to have a baby.



1984: On Guiding Light, Bert Bauer (Charita Bauer) told her sons, Ed (Peter Simon) and Mike (Don Stewart), that it still felt like her amputated leg was still there.

1986: On General Hospital, in the hills of Catalina, Kevin O'Connor (Kevin Bernhardt) tried to convince his wife, Terry Brock (Robyn Bernard), that he wanted her to be free from the guilt of being a murderer. So he gave her a gun.

1988: Charla Doherty, the original actress to play Julie Olson on Days of our Lives, died at age 41.

1989: On Another World, Nicole Love (Anne Howard) confessed to Cass Winthrop (Stephen Schnetzer) that she murdered Jason Frame.

1996: On General Hospital, after Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) begged Amy Vining (Shell Kepler) for assistance with the Nurses Ball, Amy introduced her to Carly Roberts (Sarah Joy Brown).



1997: On The Young and the Restless, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) told his sister, Ashley (Shari Shattuck), that things were back on track between him and Diane Jenkins. Meanwhile, Hope Wilson got upset with Victor Newman after she overheard his conversation with Diane, who was secretly working for him.

2001: On As the World Turns, Damian Grimaldi (Paolo Seganti) felt the walls closing in after receiving a mysterious phone call.



2003: On Days of our Lives, Lexie Carver (Renee Jones) gave birth to a baby boy, Theo.

2006: On One Life to Live, Todd Manning's (Trevor St. John) execution began as he was injected with the drugs that would end his life.
