That’s why Daniel Cosgrove, who stars as Aiden Jennings on NBC soap opera Days of our Lives, decided to pay a few ladies a surprise visit to the Westport Center For Senior Activities in Westport, CT one afternoon to learn what about their lives makes them smile.

These vivacious, talented, witty women shared with Cosgrove some of their most prominent lifetime memories, favorite hobbies and favorite foods. The ladies’ chat with the actor not only revealed a beautiful treasure trove of life’s wisdom, but also how what matters most in life remains the same even as we grow older.
