1966: On DAYS OF OUR LIVES, Julie (Charla Doherty) told Alice (Frances Reid) she didn't want to live in Europe.

1975: On ANOTHER WORLD, Alice and Sally (Cathy Greene) returned from the Ordway Farm with Emma (Tresa Hughes) in tow. Susan Harney debuted as the new Alice Matthews Frame.

1980: Richard Guthrie aired for the final time as David Banning on DAYS OF OUR LIVES.

1981: On GUIDING LIGHT, Kelly (John Wesley Shipp) and Morgan (Kristen Vigard) began their honeymoon).



1983: On RYAN'S HOPE, Delia (Ilene Kristen) wasn't happy with Jillian and Frank's plans for Little John.

  1. A very dark day in Soap History . . . the day Susan Harney replaced Jacqueline Courtney on Another World, and signaled the beginning of the end of the Matthews family.
