Jacob Kring and Jaxon Kring, the twins who have shared the role of Danny Morgan on General Hospital since 2012, are leaving the show.Their mother announced the news on Twitter: "We just want to say thanks to all the fans and gh cast/crew for an amazing 2yrs :) unfortunately the boys have been Recasted. :( we are very thankful for the time we had and wish the new Danny much success and luck :) xoxo"
Danny is the son of Jason and Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco). In the current storyline, Robin (Kimberly McCulough) is trying to bring Jason back from the "dead" (he's currently frozen in a cryogenic chamber).
