CEDAR COVE & 'Garage Sale Mystery' Lead Hallmark Channel To Saturday Ratings Win

Audiences flocked to Hallmark Channel for its Saturday original premieres on September 14, making the network #1 in primetime on all of cable among households. Leading into the premiere of "Garage Sale Mystery", the newest episode of scripted original series, CEDAR COVE scored its highest ratings since its debut with a 2.1 household rating and averaged 281,000 W25-54. Garage Sale Mystery also garnered a 2.1 household rating, with 2.3 million total viewers joining Lori Loughlin as she scoured garage sales for clues. Reinforcing the strength of Hallmark Channel's Saturday night programming, both CEDAR COVE (8-9 p.m.) and Garage Sale Mystery (9-11 p.m.) were #1 among households in their respective time periods.

Maintaining its weekly momentum, CEDAR COVE ranked #1 in HH (2.1 rtg), #1 P2+ (1.0 rtg), and #3 in W25-54 (.6 rtg) in key demo ratings for its 8p-9p time period. CEDAR COVE also placed #1 in HH (1,817,000) and #1 in P2+ (2,234,000) delivery. The show elevated Hallmark Channel to be the #1 network in primetime among households on cable.

The #1 cable movie of the week, Garage Sale Mystery placed #1 in households (2.1 rtg) and total viewers (1.0 rtg) for key demo ratings in its time period (9p-11p). The film also ranked #2 in household (1,847,000) and total viewers (2,281,000) delivery.

In "Old Flames, New Sparks," the couples of Cedar Cove grapple with their past as the town's romances start to heat up. Threatened by Olivia's (Andie MacDowell) renewed bond with her ex-husband Stan (Andrew Airlie), Jack (Dylan Neal) realizes his feelings for her are moving fast. Meanwhile, Grace (Teryl Rothery) spends more time with her old crush, Olivia's brother, Will (guest star Cameron Bancroft), who confides a deep secret in her that could change the terms of their relationship. On the other hand, Olivia's and Grace's daughters begin to plan their futures with Justine (Sarah Smyth) and Seth (Corey Sevier) taking their relationship to the next level while Maryellen (Elyse Levesque) realizes she should take things slow with John Bowman (guest star Charlie Carrick).

Jennifer Shannon is a career garage sale hunter and a pro at finding diamonds in the rough in Hallmark Channel original movie, Garage Sale Mystery. Whether it's a new antique to sell at her consignment shop, an Atari game for her son or a piece of furniture for her handy husband Jason (Ravanello) to refurbish, she has made a career out of her treasure hunting prowess. When a string of burglaries hits her town, Jennifer's keen eye for detail and her natural problem solving instincts help her see the connection between these burglaries and local garage sales.
