NEWS: Chris Fountain Suspended From CORONATION STREET; Finn Hudson's Death; GAME OF THRONES Dragon Blu-ray; Bex Taylor-Klaus joins ARROW

Chris Fountain suspended by CORONATION STREET over rap song about rape and violence
A video posted online showed Fountain, who plays Tommy Duckworth on CORRIE, in a mask performing the sick rap as his alter-ego The Phantom. Wearing a zombie Halloween mask and baseball cap covered by a hoodie he rants: “I will f*** anybody up in the worst way, rape a bitch on her birthday.” In the video, seen by thousands on YouTube before Chris turned on privacy settings, he also brags about orgies and threatens to “slice a rival with a machete”.

One of the other lyrics goes: “I’m a motherf***ing demon, I’ll stab you in the face with a diseased needle.”

Fountain issued an apology last night, saying he was “ashamed” about the lyrics which glorify violence and rape.

"I would like to sincerely apologize for any offence I have caused. I am deeply ashamed by the lyrics and very much regret my behavior. The videos were made over a year ago when I was experimenting with music and I've not done anything like it since, nor will I."

Ryan Murphy on Cory Monteith GLEE Memorial Episode
"At one point, we were going to have his character die after an accidental drug overdose — that was something we had considered. But we have decided that we’re not going to have him pass from that. Basically, what we’re doing in the episode is we are not telling you yet, or maybe not at all, how that character died. The idea being, how somebody died is interesting and maybe morbid, but we say very early on in the episode, 'This episode is about a celebration of that character’s life.' That might be weird for some people, but it felt really exploitative to do it any other way. "

Ariel Winter's brother wants custody of her instead of his sister, former ONE LIFE TO LIVE and BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL actress Shanelle Workman
Jimmy says Shanelle has a history with drugs, has appeared in public "almost nude revealing her private parts," and is having Ariel spend exorbitant amounts of money on a party lifestyle.

Shanelle's lawyer Mike Kretzmer tells TMZ, "The allegations are nothing new. We will handle them in court. Shanelle has taken excellent care of Ariel to date. It's interesting how Jimmy and Chrystal talk about repairing their fractured family, and then make allegations like this."

Six years after his character was killed off "Days of our Lives," Steve Blackwood has forged a new life for himself, continuing to build his acting resume while also teaching his technique to other thespians.

Now, Blackwood, who played Bart Beiderbecke for 10 years on the long-running NBC soap opera, is starting another brand-new chapter. He and his family, which includes wife Karen and 15-year-old daughter Nicole, are making themselves at home in Newburyport after living in Michigan for the past four years.

Enjoying a cigar outside The Tannery Marketplace earlier this week, Blackwood said they settled on Newburyport after visiting and falling in love with its charm. They also like that it's a creative hub, since Nicole, who will attend Newburyport High School, is a writer and Karen is a plein air artist who enjoys painting ocean landscapes.
