WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE with host Meredith Vieira will help to celebrate the 50th anniversary of ABC's hit drama GENERAL HOSPITAL, featuring Finola Hughes (Anna Devane) and Jason Thompson (Dr. Patrick Drake) as contestants on Monday, April 1 and Tuesday, April 2. Hughes and Thompson brought the drama of Port Charles to the set of MILLIONAIRE and filmed a soap-inspired scene with Vieira. The scene will be broadcast in its entirety on Monday, April 1 on WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE. Tune in to see Meredith Vieira show off her acting chops in a playful scene that involves negligees and martinis and ends with a dramatic slap across the face!

Hughes and Thompson will play WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE as a two-person team and will donate their winnings to The Art of Elysium (http://www.theartofelysium.org/), a non-profit organization that works closely with actors, artists and musicians, encouraging them to volunteer their time and talent to children battling serious medical conditions.
