SMASH: Broadway’s Big Prime-Time Moment
SMASH carries huge stakes for both NBC and Mr. Greenblatt. “We’re in a pretty bad situation,” he said of NBC’s last place among the networks. “We desperately need something to catch fire, and we hope this is it.” For Broadway, nothing less than pride is on the line.

However, star Damian McGinty, who plays the part of exchange student Rory Flanagan on the hit show, is certain that his new storyline won't involve any steamy scenes. Speaking to The Irish Daily Star he said: "I think he's a little innocent."
