PREVIEW: ABC Family Monday Night Soap THE LYING GAME Starring Alexandra Chando

As the situation in Phoenix starts to fall apart for Emma, Sutton comes face to face with Annie Hobbes, in “Escape From Sutton Island,” an all new episode of ABC Family’s original series THE LYING GAME, premiering Monday, September 26th (8:00 – 9:00 PM ET/PT).

Questions surrounding Emma arise when Thayer returns to Phoenix and everyone deals with Eduardo’s accident. What does Emma know about the accident, and why does Thayer seem to know more about the situation even though he has been in L.A.? Sutton’s friends are tired of the lies and demand answers from Emma.

Not exactly knowing the whole story surrounding Eduardo’s accident, will Emma finally tell Mads and Char about the switch to save their friendship, or will she risk it to save Sutton’s secret?

Meanwhile, Sutton finds more trouble than she expected at Dowinger Clinic as she finally comes face to face with her mother.

THE LYING GAME stars Alexandra Chando (ex-Maddie, AS THE WORLD TURNS) as Emma/Sutton; Andy Buckley as Ted; Helen Slater as Kristin; Blair Redford (90210/PASSIONS) as Garrett; Sharon Pierre-Louis (LINCOLN HEIGHTS) as Nisha; Kirsten Prout (KYLE XY) as Char; Alice Greczyn (LINCOLN HEIGHTS) as Mads; and Allie Gonino (10 THINGS I HATE ABOUT YOU) as Laurel.

Charles Pratt, Jr. (UGLY BETTY, DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES, ALL MY CHILDREN, MELROSE PLACE) serves as executive producer and writer; Leslie Morgenstein (PRETTY LITTLE LIARS, THE NINE LIVES OF CHLOE KING, GOSSIP GIRL, THE VAMPIRE DIARIES) and Gina Girolamo will serve as executive producers. Produced by Alloy Entertainment in association with Warner Horizon Television, the series is based on the novel by author Sara Shepard.

Following THE LYING GAME, ABC Family will air an encore presentation Bring It On.
