  1. I grew up with the soaps. At 52 I still look forward to the nightly drama that takes me away from my own and I am so angry that the soaps are being cancelled. This is an outrage. Loyal fans get what? The hard working actors get what? The boot? Really? In this economy, I can't pretend to know the politics, but it makes sense to opt for pay cuts rather than throat CUT!(s)I am so disappointed in the industry and how many more reality shows are going to be jammed down our throats. Our daily lives have enough thank you. LONG LIVE THE SOAPS !! BRING THEM BACK!!

  2. What is happening? It's the end of the soap world as we know it. I am only 34 and still, I look for the soaps on soapnet after hours just for the relief of my own daily drama. I am so sad this is happening, If there is a way to save the soaps, I hope they find it fast. Please don't cancel the soaps, it's what I have known from my childhood. We even still rent the Dark Shadows tapes from my parents time. SAVE THE SOAPS!!

  3. Why are the soaps being cancelled one by one? It's like the reality shows, Elimination. Who makes these decisions? What will the day's be filled with now that the soaps won't be there? How many talk shows can we stand? How many reality shows do they think we want to watch? NOT ME! I want the escape to the fantasy of what we all wish we had and it makes for a great relief of the dulldrums in an otherwise crazy day. Don't cancel the soaps, you're killing me.
