  1. one life to live might have bounced back in the ratings, but lets be honest, if they are lucky they will make it until the end of soapnet. gh is running classic moments in the oltl time slot how many times? clearly abc sees gh as a more viable program - although all the abc soap ratings are pretty sad. a whopping 90,000 viewers added this week? two shows at a 1.8? come september the abc soaps will do the dance of who is the lowest rated every week - with numbers comparable to what atwt had when cancelled. the mouse house is setting up another cost saving venture by going after writers, but at the end of the day the are betting on amc and gh as their scripted daytime. oltl is left in ny as the more expensive format, they are not going hd, and they are being preempted to promote another show multiple times. as a former gl watcher and a current (for the moment) atwt watcher i say get ready for another 'tribute' moment at the next daytime emmy awards. this show is fronsie's 'sophie's choice.'
