Beverly Penberthy's age is always mis-reported as too young by at least a decade. Think about it -- if she is 60 today, then how old was she in 1975, when Michael and Marianne were portrayed as college students?
Wasn't 1975 nearly 35 years ago? So, 60 minus 35 equals 25. Does anybody really believe Ms. Penberthy was only 25 years old, when she played the mother of college aged twins?
It's time for somebody to correct this internet error, once and for all. My speculation is that Ms. Penberthy is 70, not 60.
