Daytime Emmy Award winner Tom Pelphrey (ex-Jonathan, GUIDING LIGHT) will star in the Apothecary Theatre Company's production of "An Evening of Don Nigro," a group of four one-act plays, to run December 9-20 at Theatre 54 in New York (244 West 54th Street). The plays will be directed by Shawn Renfro.
The evening will consist of "Fair Rosamund and Her Murderer," a humorous look at an X-rated fairy tale; "The Sin Eater," a comic twist on necrophilia; "Something in the Basement," about a husband and wife who discover the consequences of fear and loathing in the bedroom; and "Wonders of the Invisible World Revealed," an encounter between two people filled with self-hate, irony, and deceit.
The cast also includes Kate Russell, Jonathan Karp, Samantha Ivers, Dennis Flanagan, and Katya Campbell. The creative team includes Jerome Hoppe (lighting) and Lou Albruzzese (sound).
