Jeff Branson as Shayne on GUIDING LIGHT

Jeff Branson is going to be the strongest actor to ever play Shayne Lewis on GUIDING LIGHT. He debuted today as Shayne, who has to use a cane to walk, was visited by Dinah in a hospital in Germany. Dinah did not know who he was. Shayne is obviously bitter about his fate and Branson is already off to a great start.

The only bad part of today's episode was the news interruption that pre-empted the last twenty minutes or so here in New York.

I also enjoyed the Boudreaux family Thanksgiving today with Montel Williams back as Clayton and Tyra Colar debuting as Leah. I write often about the lack of diversity in daytime so I have to give GUIDING LIGHT their due for featuring this strong, African-American family.
