Jeff Branson is going to be the strongest actor to ever play Shayne Lewis on GUIDING LIGHT. He debuted today as Shayne, who has to use a cane to walk, was visited by Dinah in a hospital in Germany. Dinah did not know who he was. Shayne is obviously bitter about his fate and Branson is already off to a great start.The only bad part of today's episode was the news interruption that pre-empted the last twenty minutes or so here in New York.
I also enjoyed the Boudreaux family Thanksgiving today with Montel Williams back as Clayton and Tyra Colar debuting as Leah. I write often about the lack of diversity in daytime so I have to give GUIDING LIGHT their due for featuring this strong, African-American family.
