The engagement party for actress/author Victoria Rowell and her artist fiancé Radcliffe Bailey took place yesterday in Atlanta at the residence of Coca Cola Executive Vicki Palmer and her businessman husband John Palmer.
Rowell, former star of CBS soap THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS, was introduced to Bailey through actress LaTanya Richardson Jackson last year at the National Black Arts Festival in Atlanta. Bailey is a celebrated artist represented by the Jack Shainman Gallery of New York and collected by over 25 museums.
Their nuptials will take place next summer in New Hampshire.
