She is excited that Jabot seems to be coming back to the forefront for the Abbott family, with Jack planning to wrestle the company away from Jill and Kay. “I love that. Jabot has been there longer than I have – it always plays a signature role on the show, and it should.”

On coming up for Margo: "I have no idea. Things go so fast. After nineteen years I just pick up the scripts and do it. The only thing left is [Margo's son] Adam and I hope they explore that or my sister Cricket. I'm very much designated to be the cop, there's always lots of crime and I never seem to solve it."
Portage Central grad to appear in Gere film and ALL MY CHILDREN
Shannon Kane had just finished filming a soon-to-be released movie as Richard Gere's love interest when she got picked to play a character on ALL MY CHILDREN. All this, and she's only been out of Portage Central High School for five years.
Television viewers can catch the 23-year-old Kane this week on ABC as Natalia, who was first introduced a little over a week ago while lurking outside the home of popular character Jesse Hubbard, the town's police chief.
"I have some unresolved business with Jesse, so I go to his house to talk to him about something personal," Kane said.
The former Kalamazoo and Portage resident expects viewers to learn her character's connection by the end of this week. She is not sure how long her character will last, as she has not yet been offered a contract guaranteeing her a longer association with the show, Kane said.

Newcomer heads to CORONATION STREET
There's yet another new face heading for the famous cobbled streets of Weatherfield. It's been announced actress Poppy Jhakra has signed up to feature in long-running ITV1 soap CORONATION STREET.
She'll play Minnie, who works in the kebab shop, and makes a great entrance by covering a customer in chilli sauce. Although the first thing we learn about the feisty lass is she has a quick temper, let's hope she sticks around longer than the take-away's previous incumbents, the Mortons. They were given the boot earlier this year, after failing to be a hit with audiences.
Minnie is the fourth Asian character being written into the soap, which recently drew criticism from some quarters for "stereotyping" and "tokenism".
Jhakra is the latest fresh face to join the soap. Recently, it was announced a new family, the Windass clan, will be appearing in the coming weeks. All the newcomers look set to cause quite a stir - what will the long-term residents think?
