Some highlights featured in the countdown include the rough and tumble marriages and divorces of Star Jones & Al Reynolds, Luke & Laura Spencer and Lisa Marie Presley & Michael Jackson, and the roller coaster relationships of Meredith Grey & Derek Shepherd, Julia Roberts & Keifer Sutherland and Carrie Bradshaw & Mr. Big.
Commentators weighing in on the romantic duos include comedian Chuck Nice ("Best Week Ever"), designer Paige Hemmis ("Extreme Makeover: Home Edition"), actors Cameron Mathison ("All My Children" and "Dancing with the Stars"), Jean Paul Levoisier ("One Life to Live") and Willie Garson ("Sex and the City") and actress Tika Sumpter ("One Life to Live").
The SOAPnet "Relative Madness" franchise is a series of six original specials that takes a fun and sassy look at families, blending real-life celebrities and pop-icons, as well as fictional primetime and daytime characters.
