1980: General Hospital's Tracy ignored Edward's plea for help.
1985: Bo & Hope were married on Days of our Lives.
1986: Days' Caroline told Bo that Victor Kiriakis was his father and Mary Beth Evans debuted as Kayla Brady.

1967: NBC daytime drama Another World was broadcast live for the final time.

1980: On General Hospital, Tracy (Jane Elliot) refused to help her father, Edward (David Lewis), when he had a heart attack.



1985: On Days of our Lives, Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) married Hope Williams (Kristian Alfonso).



1985: On the season finale of Knots Landing, Greg asked Laura to marry him. Meanwhile, Mack tracked the Valene's babies down to Harry and Sheila Fisher. Abby told Val that the babies were alive and took her to the Fisher's home, where Harry drove away with one of the twins.



1986: On Days of our Lives, Bo interrupted a fiery argument between Caroline (Peggy McCay) and Victor (John Aniston) which ultimately led to her screaming out that Victor was Bo's father.  Mary Beth Evans debuted as Kayla Brady in this episode. Emma Donovan (Jane Windsor) hired Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) to scare Kayla out of Cleveland.



1988: On Guiding Light, Phillip (Grant Aleksander) told his father, Alan (Christopher Bernau), that he was the new Chairman of Spaulding Enterprises.



1988: On Santa Barbara, Gina (Robin Mattson) passed out before she could be introduced as a contestant on Wheel of Fortune.



2001: Brandon Routh debuted as Seth Anderson on One Life to Live.

2003: Keith Hamilton Cobb debuted as Damon Porter on The Young and the Restless.

2008: On As the World Turns, Jack Snyder (Michael Park) met Janet Ciccone (Julie Pinson).



2010: ABC aired the final episode of primetime serial Lost.
