Tristan Lake Leabu is returning to The Young and the Restless to reprise the role of Victoria and J.T.'s son, Reed Hellstrom, according to Soaps in Depth. The character left town last April to escape the spotlight after it was revealed that his father had tried to kill Victor and seemingly skipped town. Reed moved to a boarding school that specialized in musical education. Now that J.T.'s disappearance has been reclassified as a homicide investigation, Reed has a compelling reason to come back to Genoa City.
Leabu is scheduled to return to the air as Reed on December 10.
