Winsor Harmon Removed from 'The Bold and the Beautiful' Open But Still Recurring as Thorne Forrester

Winsor Harmon
When CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful updated its opening this week, three new faces--Pierson Fode (Thomas Forrester), Reign Edwards (Nicole Avant) and Rome Flynn (Zende Forrester)--were added, while a longtime star was conspicuously missing. Winsor Harmon, who joined B&B as Thorne Forrester in December 1996, has been removed, but the actors remains on recurring status with the show.

After fans expressed concern about his status with the show, Harmon took to Twitter to thank the fans for their support through the years.

"I want to thank everyone for 17 Beautiful years playing Thorne," Harmon wrote. "I love you all Thank U for the amazing run B&B you'll forever B a part of me."

  1. Thorne was always underrated. He needed and needs to be back in the story. You shoving all these newbies in our faces and nor liking it. We need more Thorne, Taylor, katie & Bill, can do without Nicole & Zendae. We need the core of B&B back.

  2. There's nothing wrong with Nicole and Zende. They need to remain. But Thorne and Taylor need to return. There's much there for them to do.
