Intel Pushes Internet TV Launch to 2014 as It Seeks Partners
Word that Intel was seeking partners to launch its over-the-top rival to cable and satellite TV was reported Thursday by AllThingsD and Bloomberg. A source confirmed that Intel is looking for “prospective partners which have synergies,” including broadband providers.

Intel has been in talks with Amazon and Samsung Electronics about pacting for the service, dubbed OnCue, according to AllThingsD.

Fox has landed GOTHAM, from Warner Bros. TV
In GOTHAM, Warner Bros TV is mining one of DC Comics' most popular character universes, Batman. It explores the origin stories of Commissioner James Gordon and the villains who made Gotham City famous. Gordon is still a detective with the Gotham City Police Department and has yet to meet Batman, who will not be part of the series.

THE WALKING DEAD adds Alanna Masterson
She will recur in the upcoming fourth season with an option to become a regular in Season 5 of the zombie drama. Details on her role are scarce but she will be introduced in the middle of the season as a new survivor in the world of the walking dead.

THE PLAYBOY CLUB's Laura Benanti to guest star in ELEMENTARY
Benanti will play Abigail Spencer (no relation to the Rectify actress of the same name), a nanny whose CEO boss is found dead while wearing S&M gear in the Oct. 17 episode, "Poison Pen." When Sherlock Holmes (Jonny Lee Miller) and Joan Watson (Lucy Liu) discover the victim was poisoned, the caregiver — who shares a past connection with the master sleuth — becomes the prime suspect.
