69th Annual Theatre World Awards: Winners and Photos

Winners of the 69th Annual Theatre World Awards for outstanding Broadway or off-Broadway debut performances during the 2012-2013 theatrical season were celebrated on Monday night at the Music Box Theatre. A number of soap stars were in attendance including AS THE WORLD TURNS' Colleen Zenk (Barbara Ryan), Anne Sayre (Mitzi Matters) and Lea Salonga (Lien Hughes), and ONE LIFE TO LIVE's Patricia Elliott (Renee Buchanan), Thom Christopher (Carlo Hesser) and Jackie Hoffman (Eunice Burns).

In addition, the 2013 Dorothy Loudon Award for Excellence in the Theater Winner for Outstanding Performance in a Broadway or Off-Broadway Production was awarded to Jonny Orsini for "The Nance." The newly established John Willis Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Theatre Winner was awarded to Alan Alda.

First presented in 1945, the Theatre World Awards are among the oldest awards given for Broadway and off-Broadway debut performances, and are among the oldest honors given to stage performers.
