FLASHBACK: Eileen Herlie "The Way They Were" 1982
As a tribute to ALL MY CHILDREN's final weeks on ABC, we continue our series of daily Flashbacks today with a look at Eileen Herlie (Myrtle Lum).
The March 1982 issue of Daytimers magazine featured four-page spread ("The Way They Were") on Herlie, who dug into her archives to share photos and stories from her long career in which she played opposite the likes of Laurence Olivier, Richard Burton and Montgomery Clift.
We hope you enjoy and come back daily for a new AMC classic article.

Eileen was wonderful as Queen Gertrude to Sir Laurence Olivier's Hamlet. A mother younger than her son in this case is really something! Cheers, Eileen! :-)
