I am really confused about the MTS post. Is the inference that she's done playing Nikki? I sort of got that from the headline and story... however, when I read her Tweet, it looked like a re-Tweet that came from Maura West.

Melody wrote that tweet to Maura and another person. Melody taped her last episode and didn't realize it would be her last. She hasn't been contacted ever since and has no idea what her status is, sadly.

It does seem pretty incomprehensible. Nikki has been my favorite Y&R character for 30 years so I personally feel a big void in the show when she's not around.
ReplyDeleteI first seen MTS on Y&R with her sister, she was just a teenager. I have followed her all these years and it is so sad to hear she is treated this way. Certain people on the soap should always be there and she is definitely one of them. Also disappointed to hear that Maura has been let go, sure love watching her take over the role of Diane and she plays it so well.
