TNT’s DALLAS reboot has made its first official hire: Former AS THE WORLD TURNS actress Jordana Brewster has snagged a lead role in the high-profile pilot.
The project — written by Cynthia Cidre and Warner Horizon — centers on feuding cousins John Ross and Christopher, the offspring of brothers J.R. and Bobby Ewing, as they clash over the future of the Ewing dynasty. Brewster will play Elena, the gorgeous daughter of the ranch’s cook who is locked in a love triangle with Christopher and John.
