WE LOVE SOAPS TV had record ratings in September so actors appearing on those episodes did well. There was also a lot of buzz about THE BAY which helped propel that show into the Top 2.
YAY, Jake Silbermann definitely deserves to be on this "hot" list. Especially after these incredibly gorgeous and hot photos of him showed up a few days ago.
