Tina Sloan Is Changing Shoes!

It takes a strong woman to age gracefully. 67-year-old GUIDING LIGHT legend, Tina Sloan first arrived on the set of the hit soap opera in the 1980s in a fitted nurse outfit and high heels as nurse Lillian Raines. Over the years she watched her wardrobe go from vixen attire to boring scrubs and sneakers, and from playing the young starlet and later her mother… and then her grandmother!

Tina never let her maturing character ever cramp her personal style: she found the right pair of shoes for each occasion, buckled down and made the best of it with her signature grace. In her upcoming book, "CHANGING SHOES Getting Older – Not Old – With Style, Humor, and Grace" (Gotham Books, September 16, 2010; $22.50), the beloved star speaks candidly about her evolution from young diva to a wiser, older woman who can now share her hard-acquired wisdom.

Always relatable, at times hilarious and constantly engaging, "CHANGING SHOES" will give any reader a funny and sane approach to their own womanhood.  You can pre-order for the September 16th release by going to ChangingShoes.com

The We Love Soaps review is coming soon.  Until then, Check out Tina’s video for more information on the book.
