Michael Park and Georgia Engel Join the Vineyard's "Middletown"
Directed by Ken Rus Schmoll, the show beings previews on October 13 with opening night set for November 3. The pair join previously announced stars Linus Roache and Heather Burns in a play that explores the small universe of one American town. As a friendship develops between longtime resident John Dodge (Roache) and new arrival Mary Swanson (Burns), the lives of the inhabitants of Middletown intersect in strange and poignant ways in a journey that takes them from the local library to outer space and points between.
