WE LOVE SOAPS TV 1.51 Elizabeth Hubbard, Part 3

On Episode 1.51 of WE LOVE SOAPS TV, Roger Newcomb visited the set of AS THE WORLD TURNS on the second to last day of production and spoke with two-time Emmy winning soap legend Elizabeth Hubbard, who has played Lucinda on the show since 1984. In this new exclusive interview, Hubbard discusses her acting career, the causes she cares about and the future. Part 3 of this three-part interview focuses on her role on the Dutch soap GOEDE TIJDEN SLECHTE TIJDEN (Good Times Bad Times), what types of roles she would still love to play, and why she's never had trouble remembering her lines.

I'm so happy to find a young man who cares about all this and wants to put it out there for people to see it.

  1. Thanks Roger! I love Liz! Loved hearing her talk about her time at GTST. She was so great as Sair.

BTW, the scenes she talked about was with Marjolein Keuning who plays Maxime Sanders. Marjolein is a great actress. Probably my favorite actress on the show. So I love hearing that Liz loved working with her. Here are those scenes:

  2. I'm so sad about loosing ATWT it's like loosing a family member. I hope the older actors find other work, think have a tough time in this generation zero world, and that fans would accept them as someone else. I don't think will ever see them again in soaps. Where you doing the interview? Lot of background noise.
