The Fox hit was named Outstanding Comedy Series.

William deVry to star in new Canadian 13-part comedy series
The show, called INSECURITY, will be an action comedy about the men and women working in a fictional Canadian spy agency. deVry will play the politically-savvy boss of Natalie Lisinska's rookie agent.

EASTENDERS axes six characters
Charlie Slater (Derek Martin), Minty (Cliff Parisi), Liz Turner (Kate Williams), Danny Mitchell (Liam Bergin), Libby Fox (Belinda Owusu) and Adam Best (David Proud) will leave the Square later this year.

Head Writer Robert Guza, Jr. tells Soap Opera Digest. "We are talking to Vanessa Marcil [ex-Brenda] as we speak. That is the truth. I cannot go any further right now. She's interested. We're interested, but I will say if Vanessa wanted to come back, even for one day, we'd make it work ... We'll have to talk again in the coming weeks."

A Baby Boy for Y&R's Christel Khalil
Christel Khalil Hensley (Lily) and her husband Stephen Hensley have welcomed their first child, a boy. The tyke's proud papa introduced little Michael Caden Hensley via Twitter, revealing that he was born on April 17 and weighed in at 6 lbs., 6 oz.
