NBC, Comcast Not Expecting Zucker To Testify This Time Around
Numerous sources speaking on background said Monday (March 8) that NBC--and Comcast--are not expecting NBCU President Jeff Zucker to be asked to testify at the Senate Commerce Committee hearing on the $30 billion Comcast/NBCU joint venture this week. No witness list had been issued at press time for the Thursday hearing, but Zucker and Comcast Chairman Brian Roberts have been the star witnesses at the previous three Hill hearings on the deal.

Brittany Snow joins David E. Kelley pilot
Snow has landed a lead on David E. Kelley's NBC dramedy pilot KINDREDS. The show follows a curmudgeonly former patent lawyer and her group of misfit associates at a storefront law firm. Snow will play her assistant and a key member of the firm.

ISIDINGO's Jess Webster is painfully thin. Obsessive dieting and exercising has left her close to a breakdown. And actress Kate Tilley, who portrays Jess, knows the agony of anorexia. "I can relate to what Jess is going through," she says, recalling her seven-year battle with the eating disorder from the age of 13.
