Roger Howarth sells SoHo condo for $2.875M
Howarth and his wife, Cari Stahler, sold their condo for $2.875 million on Jan. 8. They paid $2.075 million for the unit in Dec. 2004. There are 100 condos in the building 505 Greenwich St., a 14-story development built in 1903.
