News Round-up: Susan Flannery, Orlagh Cassidy, Hulu

INTERVIEW: B&B's Susan Flannery (Stephanie)
"I am happy for every show and it’s a small community. We specialize in a genre in and of itself. So, whoever gets a nomination, I am particularly thrilled for."

YouTube Stays on Top Despite Hulu’s Rapid Growth, Nielsen Says
YouTube remains the No. 1 online video site, even as Hulu continues to grow exponentially, Nielsen Online reports. Hulu is the fastest-growing site among Nielsen Online’s top 10 video brand sites, which include YouTube, Yahoo!, Fox Interactive Media, Nickelodeon Kids & Family Network, MSN/Windows Live, ABC.com, MTV Networks Music and Turner Sports & Entertainment Digital. YouTube delivered 5.5 billion total streams in April, while Hulu increased 490% from 63.2 million streams in April 2008 to hit 373.3 million in April ’09.

INTERVIEW: GL’s Orlagh Cassidy (Doris)
"I watch sometimes, and yes it’s hard to watch. I often get disappointed I am no longer 20 and look my age! But sometimes it's fun and I learn a little bit when I watch. I usually learn I’ve gotta be more relaxed and take my time. I tend to rush everything."

INTERVIEW: GH's Megan Ward (Kate)
Ward will be a guest on "Stardish Radio" on Thursday night at 10pm ET.

INTERVIEW: Peter Lloyd (Producer, UK's DOCTORS)
"Obviously we are overjoyed with our hat-trick at the Soap Awards this year. We were up against very stiff competition, especially from EASTENDERS, but it's a testament to the show that we managed to get three awards in one night - and the best ones! This has given cast and crew a huge sense of pride and it's vindication that we're good enough to take on the big boys and win. I hope our viewers agree!"
