1:30 pm Chs. 10 & 40 - DAYTIME EMMY AWARDS: It's ABC's turn to host the Second Annual Daytime Emmy Show, and instead of putting the show on the road they're launching it - weather permitting - on water. Monty Hall and Stephanie Edwards cohost the festivities aboard the Manhattan excursion boat Dayliner. Mary Fickett, Erika Slezak, Macdonald Carey and a host of daytime drama stars will act as presenters. Burt Convy, Kathryn Hays, Tod Hall and Tex Harrison of the Harlem Globetrotters will entertain.
