Some afternoon soaps are being pre-empted in New York City on Wednesday due to live coverage of the installation of Timothy Dolan as archbishop of New York.
On CBS, GL airs in the morning and is safe, as is Y&R. B&B and ATWT will air overnight.
On ABC, AMC will air, but according to the guide coverage begins at 1:30 so the show may be interrupted. ABC's digital channel in New York, 7.1, will be airing all three soaps.
As for NBC, DAYS OF OUR LIVES will air on hour earlier at Noon.
