“Rock On ‘09” is currently at #38 and climbing the AC charts twenty years after Michael Damian’s version hit #1 on the Billboard and Radio & Records charts. The same production team behind Damian’s chart topper – Grammy Award winner Tom Weir, Michael Damian and Larry Weir -- produced “Rock On ’09”.
The documentary-style music video for “Rock On ‘09” was shot on location at Studio City Sound Recording Studios, where the new record was made, and features many world-renowned musicians who performed on the track, including guitarist Tim Pierce and Damian himself delivering his searing lead vocal.
“We had such a good time making the record and the new video,” Michael Damian admits. “I’m thrilled to see ‘Rock On ‘09’ rising up the chart!”
