Former AS THE WORLD TURNS star Bailey Chase made the Top 10.
George Eads, David Boreanaz, Maksim Chmrekovskiy, Ryan Kwanten, Matthew Settle, Daniel Sunjata, Cristian de la Fuente and Brody Jenner also appear on this year's list.
GREY'S ANATOMY's Patrick Dempsey was TV Guide's Sexiest Man the previous two years.
