New service model for MyNetwork
MyNetwork TV is moving away from the network TV business. Fox's three-year-old broadcast unit announced Monday that it will adopt what it calls a "programming service model" for next fall. The strategy will call for reduced original programming and will feature a two-hour offnet block of LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT and a movie night.

David Selby Reaches for the "Heavens"
Former DARK SHADOWS and FALCON CREST star Selby will be appearing in "The Heavens Are Hung In Black" at the newly renovated Ford's Theatre in Washington D.C. "What a wonderful show on which to have a first job," he told Theater Mania. "The characters traveled through different periods. It was like being in a repertory company."

HOLLYOAKS' Calvin to find ghost from the past
Ricky Whittle has revealed how his HOLLYOAKS character is affected by an upcoming shocking storyline. Policeman Calvin Valentine is set to discover that dastardly drug dealer Nige is alive. Following months of sleepless nights believing he killed his sister's drug dealer, Calvin is enraged when he discovers Warren has known Nige is alive and well and has been paying him to stay away from the village so that he can have the petrified PC in the palm of his hand.
