ALISON SWEENEY: No to Weird Baby Names, Yes to Gazpacho
Juggling not one but two TV jobs, Alison Sweeney has totally gone Hollywood — just don't expect her to give her next baby a Hollywood name like Zuma, Honor or Suri.

"I'm definitely conservative when it comes to baby names," Alison — who's expecting her second child, a daughter, next year — told Star at an auction of celeb-donated jeans for Clothes Off Our Back in Manhattan. "We're looking for pretty but traditional. There are lots of names up in the air, but we're not anywhere near picking one."

EVENT: The Reeves at Autism benefit
A silent auction to benefit Autism Speaks will take place Friday, Sept. 19 at the Allen County Sheriff’s Reserve, 3022 Easterday Road in Fort Wayne. The large variety of auction items includes signed items from country music recording artists Carrie Underwood, Craig Morgan, Trace Adkins, Bucky Covington, Montgomery Gentry, Rodney Atkins, Brooks & Dunn, Phil Vassar, Alan Jackson and Sugarland. Appetizers and desserts provided by Shiloh, live music provided by Knights on the Town, DJ services provided by Brian Michaels. Special guest appearance by Scott and Melissa Reeves, best known for their roles on THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS and DAYS OF OUR LIVES.

Laura Allen welcomes son Harper Edward
Former ALL MY CHILDREN actress Laura Allen and her husband, model Bruce Weyman, have welcomed their first child, a son. Harper Edward Weyman arrived on the evening of Wednesday, September 3rd in Los Angeles, weighing in at 9 lbs, 5 oz. "Mother, father and baby are doing well," said a rep for Laura, 34.

INTERVIEW: Former OLTL star Renée Elise Goldsberry
On what is next for her after Rent closes: "I'm not really sure. My biggest thing is getting the glitter out of my hair and healing my knees and some things that have been going through the rigor of the show. I'm extremely excited about joining with the cast and seeing [the Rent cinecast]. I'm excited and nervous about seeing it on the screen. But in terms of the next project, I'm not really sure what's next."

INTERVIEW: NIGHT SHIFT's Chad Allen
Despite his busy acting schedule, Chad has not stopped being an activist for LGBT causes. He participates in the AIDS ride each year and is now fighting to fight California's Proposition 8, the anti-gay marriage amendment.

"The right to marry needs to exist for all of us. We have a beautiful history in our contry of making sure we extend equal rights to everyone," Chad said. "There's goodness in our relatonships and in our love. We need to be proud of that."
