In a first for daytime soaps, AS THE WORLD TURNS is celebrating Gay Pride today with a special appearance by Cyndi Lauper. She sings her new single, "Into the Nightlife" and dedicates her classic "True Colors" to Luke and Noah. Her appearance has garnered a lot of national media attention including articles in the NY Daily News and LA Daily News and even international coverage in newspapers around the world.
