Daniel Hugh Kelly is returning to "As The World Turns" on November 20th. No word yet on what the story will be but apparently the creepy Colonel comes face to face with Luke Snyder.Colonel Mayer was last scene being taken away to a jail cell after confessing to murdering Cheri.
Kelly is best known to soap fans as Frank Ryan, a role he played on "Ryan's Hope" in the mid-70s.
